When the outer ring of the eccentric bearing fits tightly with the seat hole, and the inner ring fits loosely with the shaft, the entire The eccentric bearing is first pressed into the hole of the bearing seat. 2. Heat the integral eccentric bearing or integral eccentric bearing housing for thermal fit, and use thermal expansion to change the tight fit into a loose fit installation method. This method is suitable for the installation of integral eccentric bearings with a large amount of interference. Before the entire eccentric bearing bearing or the separable hot-loading type is evenly heated, the entire 80-100℃ oil in the eccentric bearing ring is put into the oil tank, and then installed On the shaft, take it out of the oil as soon as possible to prevent the inner ring from cooling the back end and the shoulder joint from not being tight. After the eccentric bearing is cooled, it is axially tightened again. 3. Installation of integral eccentric bearing with tapered hole The integral bearing with tapered hole can be directly installed on the tapered journal, or it can be used to measure the reduction of the radial clearance of the entire eccentric bearing that is matched with the cone and withdrawn under load. Therefore, the overall radial clearance of the eccentric bearing should be measured before installation, and the clearance should be measured frequently during the installation process to meet the need to reduce the clearance. The installation is usually done with a lock nut, or it can be installed by heating. ;
 
4. The installation of the entire thrust eccentric bearing has a general transition fit with the shaft. The valve seat and the hole of the overall eccentric bearing have a general clearance fit, so the entire eccentric bearing is easy to install, and the axial spring of the two-way thrust integral eccentric bearing should be fixed in On the shaft to prevent relative to the rotating shaft.
